I am a baseball player who is used to Olympic lifting to get me ready to play. I hit up Andrew I met him at a wedding and his energy was so contagious he kept following up with me and I bought his three month program. The workouts absolutely kicked my ass I’ve been playing baseball all my life and wasn’t used to so many reps and different workout splits. It definitely shock my system and I’ve seen amazing results while keeping my weight also lowering my body fat and cutting up my arms and abs!
I was in the dorms with Andrew and this kid was a beast he used to have 45 pound dumbbells and I would walk by his room and he was curling them and doing shoulder raises all the time. Couple years after we graduated I put on some weight and wanted to do a more targeted workout program. So I purchased the three month program from a Walsh fitness. After the first week I was so sore that Saturday and Sunday I rested and was so ready to get after it next Monday. I am a month in and I absolutely love the program and have seen amazing results Specifically in my shoulders and abs.
My girlfriend knew Andrew in college and suggested that I try his three month program. So I purchased it after getting my paycheck. I didn’t know him and was a little hesitant to buy the program but I gave it a shot. After the first week I had to email Andrew to learn more about him as I was so impressed with the program and how different the workouts were from anything I had done before. I was getting ready to go to yacht week and stumbled upon Awalshfitness Ad on Instagram so I purchased the three month program as it lined up perfectly with me being 12 weeks out. I took the program extremely seriously did every rep and every set and I can happily say I was easily one of the most shredded guys out there! You’re the man awalsh!
I was an avid gym goer very familiar with all of the equipment and had been working out for years without seeing much results. I decided to give Andrew’s three month program a shot as I figured being more targeted in my workouts might help me get the results that I had not seen on my own. I was so stoked after the first month seeing all of the hard work I was doing with the right program pay off. His program was different from what I was doing in that every week it was a different split. I have been so used to just doing back and biceps chest and tricep legs and shoulders, that the different pairing of muscle groups really kicked my ass. Alright let me just tell you this… I have been working out all my life and thought I knew what I was doing until I did Andrew’s program. After the first three weeks every workout was completely different the sets and reps seem to be all over the place but by the end of week 4 when I could already see abs in the mirror I had never noticed before I realized he is an evil genius. Andrew you are a mastermind and I will NEVER do another workout program!
64 workouts for 62 bucks about a dollar a workout I was sold. I’m so busy with work and my family I don’t have time to get creative and think of new workouts let alone how to target specific muscles groups to get results. I left that up to Andrew and boy did he deliver I’m three months in and my favorite part of the whole program is when I’m cooking and my wife comes up and squeezes my arms and I see the look in her eyes! I don’t have a lot of time to work out or a lot of time to come up with different workouts as I’m not that familiar with how the body works. I bought the program and just finished up the last week of month four and could not be happier with the results. I finally have the bicep vein I’ve wanted since high school, my shoulders look like a Greek God sculpture and I have lower abs!!!

I reached out to Andrew and he developed an awesome program for me that really helped me stay focused and target exactly what my goals were. I absolutely hate working out I never knew what to do in the gym and who is incredibly unmotivated. Andrew helped develop an easy program for me to do just 20 minutes a day. After the first month I began seeing results and realize if I put in a little bit more time and was willing to learn a little bit more that I could see even greater results faster here than in to increase the workload and have me start going into the gym where the results became almost instant.
