1 Banana
Frozen blueberries
2 Cupped Handfuls of Spinach
Snack
Apple blueberries almonds
Watermelon mango
Or
Orange and mixed nuts w beef jerkey and carrots
Lunch
Meat is any of the following:
chicken breasts
96% fat free ground beef
Steak
Salmon
Sides:
1/2 of a full Avacdo
black beans w corn and pre cut frozen bell pepers
Cauliflower rice or broccoli rice
Sauces:
Siracha
Or organic ketchup
Guacamole or salsa
Preworkout
Bcaa for the workout in my canteen
Post workout
Protein shake and a banana
Dinner
Steak or salmon or chicken ground beef or tilapia
Broccli rice/cauliflower rice/stir fry pre made/ pre made mixed veggie packet
Garbanzo beans or pinto beans or cuban style black beans
Add frozen corn and frozen peppers
Avacado
Sweet potatoes
