Andrews four month program is so different from anything I have done before. I never used to do any type of weightlifting and pretty much only did classes and yoga at the gym. So this was completely new territory for me but I was willing to give it a shot and after two weeks of seeing amazing results I was fully convinced in this programs effectiveness. I just finished the four-month workout plan and could not be happier with all the results my butt is firm and not sagging I have abs and my arms are nice and toned and not super muscular which is what I was afraid of possibly happening. This is the best money you will spend for Online Training. I have done so many other people’s workout programs in the past. No one gave me this type of flexibility in the gym and at home that made it very easy to complete all for workouts. The hardest part for me was the cardio but after a while I started looking forward to the runs because of how good I would feel after. I definitely recommend this program!
