Alright let me just tell you this… I have been working out all my life and thought I knew what I was doing until I did Andrew’s program. After the first three weeks every workout was completely different the sets and reps seem to be all over the place but by the end of week 4 when I could already see abs in the mirror I had never noticed before I realized he is an evil genius. Andrew you are a mastermind and I will NEVER do another workout program!

64 workouts for 62 bucks about a dollar a workout I was sold. I’m so busy with work and my family I don’t have time to get creative and think of new workouts let alone how to target specific muscles groups to get results. I left that up to Andrew and boy did he deliver I’m three months in and my favorite part of the whole program is when I’m cooking and my wife comes up and squeezes my arms and I see the look in her eyes! I don’t have a lot of time to work out or a lot of time to come up with different workouts as I’m not that familiar with how the body works. I bought the program and just finished up the last week of month four and could not be happier with the results. I finally have the bicep vein I’ve wanted since high school, my shoulders look like a Greek God sculpture and I have lower abs!!!
