When it comes to working out I don’t have the slightest clue what to do. I knew Andrew from College an know for a fact he knows what he is doing. I gave the three month program a shot and it was super easy to do just four workouts a week two at my house so I didn’t have to see anybody at the gym but I was learning all these movements.
